That is how VDB Coach came to life.
I’ve spent the majority of my career working alongside ambitious, highly talented individuals from all over the globe in high-level jobs in finance, tech and other sectors from all kind of US companies). Now that I am a certified coach, I use the insight and experience I’ve gained over those years to guide people through the pressures and pitfalls they encounter in their work which affect their lives. My goal has changed, I no longer only strive to be successful, I now facilitate peak performance in others by helping them achieve their true potential. Coaching can unlock hidden strengths, resurface forgotten passions and build new pathways to resilience and happiness. Discovering or rediscovering your virtues and values leads to a stronger self with less interference from your ego and personal saboteurs.
